Teaching Lead Climbing Indoors

If you teach leading indoors then don't miss out on Mountain Leader Training's one-day seminar in Milton Keynes.

Being held at Big Rock Climbing Centre on Tuesday 21February, this one-day seminar, Training and Assessing – Teaching Leading Indoors,  is aimed at anyone working regularly on indoor walls and artificial structures involved in teaching leading either through site specific or national schemes.

It is essential for anyone wishing to become involved the delivery of the Climbing Wall Leading Award. It will also be of interest to anybody involved in NICAS levels 3 and above or interested in the forthcoming National Coaching Schemes.

Registration will be from 9.30 and the day will finish around 17.00 Cost for the day isbe £50, which will include wall entry, lunch and tea and coffee etc. Please bring your own lead climbing equipment as a much of the day will involve practical elements.

Trainers will be Steve Long, Jon Garside and Guy Jarvis and other members of staff from Mountain Leader Training. The workshop is recognised as CPD for members of AMI, MLTA and BMG.
