Four members of the British Bouldering Team attended the third round of the Bouldering World Cup in Vail, Colorado in the USA between the 4th and 5th June.
Stewart Watson continued his good run of form by qualifying for the semi-finals in 5th place and finished 10th overall. After three rounds of the World Cup Stew is now currently ranked 4th. Dave Barrans also climbed exceptionally well and qualified for the semi- finals and finished in 15th place overall. Dave is now currently ranked 14th. Other members of the Team that took part in the competition were Ned Feehally who finished 29th and Diane Merrick who finished 31st.
The men’s event was won by Daniel Woods (USA) and
Chloe Graftiaux (BEL) won the women’s event. For further details and a full set of results visit the IFSC website.

The next World Cup that some members of the Team will be attending is in Eindhoven on the 25th and 26th of June. The following weekend of the 3rd and 4th of July will be a be a great opportunity to support and see the British Team when World Cup comes to Cliffhanger in Millhouses Park,Sheffield. Any support will be greatly appreciated.
