Here are the web support downloads for the new Roaches guide.
As is explained here, this is a space-saving exercise for guidebooks where crags or routes that don't quite pass muster for a guidebook can be downloaded. For the new Roaches guide, there are three such downloads.
Park Banks Crags are a great little set of cliffs but they lie withing the heavily-guarded Alton Towers, with a distinctively oppressive Colditz chic to the outside decor.
Crap Crags in the Dimmings Dale area are a series of mossed-over carbuncles. Feel free to explore.
The Green Boulders are a series of boulders scattered around the main popular circuit there that are more delicate and slower drying than the main rocks. They're still good, mind, especially if you have visited the others a few times already.
We want to say a big thanks to every BMC member who continues to support us through the Coronavirus crisis.
From weekly Facebook Lives and GB Climbing home training videos, to our access team working to re-open the crags and fight for your mountain access, we couldn’t do it without you.
Did you know that we've launched a U27 membership offer for just £1.50 / month? And with full membership from £2.50 / month, it's never been easier to join and support our work:
