The 2016 BMC AGM is taking place on Saturday 16 April at YHA Castleton Losehill Hall in the Peak District, and the deadline for submitting any resolutions or nominations is Monday 15 February.
If you wish to submit a resolution for the AGM agenda, it must be submitted to the CEO in writing not less than 45 clear days before the date of the AGM and shall be signed by not less than 25 voting members as proposers of the resolution.
Failure to comply with these requirements shall render the resolution invalid.
If you wish to nomination a candidate for election to the office of President, Vice-President or Honorary Treasurer, it must be delivered to the CEO not less than 45 clear days before the date of the AGM and shall be signed by 2 voting members of the BMC.
Failure to comply with these requirements shall render the nomination invalid.
The closing date for any resolutions or nominations is Monday 15 February 2016.
The 2016 BMC AGM will take place at 11.00 am on Saturday 16 April at YHA Castleton Losehill Hall, Castleton, Hope Valley, Derbyshire S33 8WB.
