The results are in for the all-virtual 2022 BMC AGM, held on Wednesday 18 May 2022.
This was the third virtual AGM due to the pandemic.
The AGM was chaired by our President, Andy Syme, who gave a presentation along with: our new Chair, Roger Murray; our CEO, Paul Davies; and on the finance side, Iain Dickinson, chair of the Finance and Audit Committee. Their presentations are set out below:
