The 2008 British Bouldering Team has now been selected. The team held their first meeting at the BMC office in Manchester on Saturday 21 July 2007.

This is a really exciting time for the British Bouldering team following the very successful British Bouldering Championships that were held at the Cliffhanger event in Sheffield's Grave's Park last weekend.

The team meeting was the first meeting of the new team and was about the nuts and bolts of how the team is going to work and what the aims of the British team are. It was also a chance for people to meet each other, many for the first time and make introductions.

They discussed the calender for the coming year and predominantly the pre-season training aims.

The meeting was led by Bouldering team manager Sue Pinner.
