Visits to Lundy postponed

Due to a stomach bug which has affected visitors and staff over the past couple of weeks the Landmark Trust has taken the decision to postpone all visits to Lundy Island between Saturday 22 September and Thursday 4 October.

As we reported last week, stringent cleaning and disinfecting measures were put in place to ensure contaminated areas were thoroughly cleaned. But these measures have not completely eradicated occurrences of the illness, which is being managed as an outbreak of gastroenteritis (Norwalk-like virus).

Anyone with a booking over this closure period will be contacted by a Landmark Trust staff member to arrange a refund or transfer. If you have any queries please contact: Holiday bookings on 01628 825925 or Day trips on 01271 863636.
