Stubai Tirol crampons - advisory notice

Stubai Tirol Crampons

Trailwise, the UK distributor for Stubai, have issued an advisory notice for owners of Stubai Tirol crampons. The notice concerns crampons manufactured in 1997/1998 with alloy rivets.

After a rivet failed on a pair of Stubai Tirol crampons, the BMC Technical Committee investigated the cause. Once the distributor was contacted, they were quick to act, publishing an advisory notice which you can download here:
