Roadshow events coming up about the proposals to re-open the railway which travels through the middle of the Peak District down both Chee Dale and Water-cum-Jolly…

On Sunday 6th there will be a mobile exhibition day in the car park by the Monsal Head Hotel where you can find out more about the proposals. There will be another one in the Millers Dale car park on Saturday 12th. There's also an exhibition in Bakewell on the 7th July. These exhibitions would be very good places for those of you who use the central Peak District to log any concerns we have about the proposals. The Council have produced a document outlining some of the details of the proposal - There is also a very pro article on the Derbyshire County Council web site There is a public meeting on the 23rd July at 8pm.
