Australia bound

The British Junior Climbing Team is heading Down Under today to compete in the World Youth Championships.

Seven members of the team, accompanied by Team Manager Tony Powell and Welfare Officer Debbie Powell, are travelling to Sydney for the biggest competition of the year.

More than 500 climbers aged 14-19 from over 30 countries have registered for the competition, which starts on 28 August.  Australia’s biggest climbing centre, the Sydney Indoor Climbing Gym, is hosting the event.

You’ll be able to watch live action online

Good Luck to the Team!
