Our Ice Climbing team have been out in Utrecht, Netherlands, this weekend and came back with FIVE MEDALS
Ice Climbing Continental Open Cup
Willis Morris took his place on the podium once again, this time coming third, mirroring his qualifying position. Morris goes into the Christmas rest period in second place in the overall open cup.
The GB Ice Climbing team now rank second overall behind leaders, Switzerland.
Continental Open Youth Cup
In the Youth categories, we had a plethora of talented performers who had a great time and brought home silverware too.
Kasha Ogilvie took the gold in female U18 category, going back to back following her recent gold in Brno in the last round.
Robbie Gorn finished in the top spot in male U18s. He now ranks first in this division for the Continental Open youth series, at just fifteen years old.
Silver for Nessa McShannon in the female Under 20s. The seventeen year old is placed joint first in the youth series after her gold meal in Brno.
Rory Watson brings home a silver medal in male U20s. Rory sits in overall second place in the series.
The youth GB Climbing team have 770 points in the overall team rankings, putting them in first place, 112 ahead of closest rival competitors, Spain.
