Introducing Club Networks - a new way for clubs to be able to communicate with each other, with BMC Clubs’ Committee and with the BMC.
A large part of the new BMC Clubs Strategy is focused on enabling effective systems for clubs to be able to better engage with each other and to better engage with the BMC.
One element of this is the creation of Local Area Club Networks, and the first step is setting up a virtual environment for clubs to be able to talk with each other, with their local club rep, and with staff from the BMC.
Some pilot sessions were run during 2020 in the Midlands and the North West, and we had a really positive response from those who attended them. What has been very clear is that clubs are benefiting from being able to talk more easily with each other, to share good practice and identify solutions to problems they have in common.
We are now rolling out the Club Networks across England and Wales, with each network being led by the elected club rep for that area.
Below is a timetable of the meetings that will be taking place across different parts of England and Wales. As new dates are set and additional areas come on board they will be added to the list below.
At present all the meetings will be held over Zoom. If you wish to attend the meeting please contact the club rep for your area for the joining details.
National Clubs will also have their own network via a National Clubs Forum.

For Student clubs we are continuing to build on our engagement on social media and interactive events led by our Student Panel. Student Club committees can get involved by joining the Student Clubs Network on Facebook.
