“This partnership strongly aligns with our ambition to broaden our reach and increase our member benefits, whilst strengthening our commitment to supporting our events and the GB Climbing Team.
“We are focussed on developing a deeper connection with our communities and we cannot do that alone, so working with like-minded organisations that share our values and goals are key. This partnership will directly support our work, GB Climbing Team and members alike.
“We have a clear programme of opportunities for organisations interested in supporting us. We welcome Revive Active into the BMC family and are excited to be working in collaboration over the next few years.”
Jon Garside, Acting Head of Performance, BMC, said; “This partnership ensures that the GB Climbing Team will have access to the highest quality nutrition, essential for reducing fatigue, boosting energy, optimising muscle function and caring for active joints. With Revive Active we now have further support to help the GB Climbing Team achieve their full potential on the world stage”
Nicola Fitzmaurice, Head of UK Marketing, Revive Active, added: “The decision to partner with BMC was essentially a simple one given the level of synergy both organisations share. Our products attempt to be as ‘inclusive’ as possible – suitable for diabetics, gluten-free, halal certified, vegan (where possible) - and are designed specifically for ‘life stages’ from 4 years and up. BMC shares the concept of inclusivity of access to the sports and activities it governs with no barrier to participation whether you’re 4 or 94. Aside from that we share deeper synergies in terms of sustainability and organisational social responsibility. The ability to work with like-minded people is important but also sets us in the right direction for a successful partnership ahead.”
