Want to have a say in the running of the BMC and have a great weekend in Snowdonia? Then make a date for the BMC Annual Dinner and AGM weekend.
The BMC AGM weekend is taking place from Friday 15 April to Sunday 17 April 2011 in Capel Curig at the National Mountain Centre, Plas y Brenin.
The AGM will be held on Saturday from 4pm. Registration is from 2pm, and is necessary if you wish to vote on any of the agenda items, so make sure your membership is valid and make your vote count! If you are unable to attend in person then use your proxy voting form to vote early or to allow another BMC member to vote on your behalf.

Annual Dinner and Accommodation
After the formalities of the AGM the evening will continue with the BMC Annual Dinner and a late bar. Tickets are just £27.50 per person for a three-course dinner with wine. Places are limited so book early!

15:00 – 15:45 AGM Registration
16:00 – 17:30 BMC AGM
19:00 – late Annual Dinner with speeches from Dave Turnbull (BMC CEO), Rab Carrington (BMC President) and Guest Speaker Air Vice Marshall Nick Kurth (RAF Mountaineering Association). Presentation of the George Band Award to Neville McMillan and George Steele. The evening will continue with a late bar.
