BMC Access Team Live on UKClimbing

BMC Access Officers, L to R: Elfyn, Cath, Rob

On Monday 1 November, the BMC's Access team of three - Cath Flitcroft, Rob Dyer and Elfyn Jones - will be live on the UKClimbing.com forums to answer any questions, issues or concerns regarding the BMC's access work.

As part of a UKClimbing/BMC initiative that has already seen BMC CEO Dave Turnbull, Equipment guru Dan Middleton, and Competitons expert Rob Adie all answering questions and responding to searching enquiries "live" on UKC, it's now the turn of the three musketeers of the access team to face the grilling of the numerous forum posters.

Issues that may be raised include the user-friendliness of the RAD (the BMC's crag access database), access to disused quarries, the ongoing coastal access campaign, climbing restrictions due to nesting birds, future work programmes, and any other access, conservation, or environmental issues that BMC members and others might want to raise.

The access team will be live from 9.30am until 5.00pm on Monday 1 November.
