Tremadog parking update

Posted by Dave Turnbull on 05/04/2022

Following a period of closure, the car park at the former Eric Jones' cafe (now Hadfer Glamping) reopened at the beginning of April.

The car park is owned by the proprietor of the campsite and is open from 10.00am - 6.00pm, 7 days per week. The charge is £3.50 per day and payments can be made via the Countrywide Parking app, or by phone / text, full details are available on site. An annual parking permit is available for regular visitors.

The cafe will be operating on a limited basis (tea & cake) from Wednesday to Sunday (afternoons only). For climbers visiting in the evenings roadside parking is possible beneath the cliffs although please park sensitively and off the highway if at all possible.

Such a shame! I’ve had many chip butties there after a hard days climbing.

I had a look on the App Store and there doesn’t appear to be a Countrywide Parking app?
