Still got Christmas shopping to do? BMC is now partnering with Easyfundraising so that you can keep on supporting the BMC Access and Conservation Trust (ACT) from the comfort of your home.
Easyfundraising works with leading online shops and sites which will donate to ACT when you shop with them. There are over 4200 retailers involved, including John Lewis, Argos, Apple, eBay, M&S, Waitrose, Mountain Warehouse, Screwfix, Go Outdoors and many more.
All you have to do is go through the Easyfundraising website or app whenever you shop online and ACT will receive a % of your spend as a free donation. It won’t cost you a penny more as the retailer pays the donation, not you.
With local lockdowns set to continue and more people shopping online, we think this is an easy way for people to support ACT, especially with all that Christmas shopping we’ve still got to do.
We rely on support from climbers and hill walkers to fund vital mountain conservation work and we can’t do it without you.
What is ACT?
The BMC's Access and Conservation Trust (ACT) funds projects to protect our cliffs and mountains. It aims to promote sustainable access to cliffs, mountains and open countryside by facilitating education and conservation projects across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
The BMC Access & Conservation Trust (ACT) is a charity registered in England & Wales (no 1089516). ACT allows tax efficient donations to be made using Gift Aid. The Gift Aid Form can be downloaded here.
