The full report detailing the options and decisions taken by the BMC's Land Management Group and Harrison's Rocks Management Group regarding future access to the Isolated Buttress is now available.
As previously reported, the BMC's Land Management Group (LMG) attended a Special Sandstone Open Meeting in October 2018 to hear any compelling arguments that had not already been considered by the Harrison’s Rocks Management Group (HRMG) in taking their decision to recommend installing a bridge in December 2017.
The decision on the LMG following the meeting was to endorse the recomendation made by the HRMG and progress with installation of a bridge, subject to planning permission being obtained. A comprehesive report is now available to download for anyone interested in the detail behind the final decision.
