The fourth British Ski‐Mountaineering Symposium will be held at the National Mountain Centre, Plas y Brenin, in North Wales on 10th–11th December 2011.
The symposium is a weekend of expert speakers, practical Alpine skills sessions and seminars, equipment displays and sales, with after‐dinner guest speaker, Stephen Venables.
It aims to develop the skills and knowledge of participants, from seasoned mountaineers to newcomers to the sport, and to provide an opportunity for all to meet, share their experiences and plant the seeds for future expeditions.
