Famous south Peak gritstone venue emerges from the trees as BMC funded woodland management work completed.
The BMC's Crag Care Fund paid a local tree surgeon to work on the large birch and oak trees which were taking over the crag. If you are in the area, why not call in and see the fantastic results for yourself?
One note of caution, the work has meant the garden of Cratcliffe Cottage can now be seen from parts of the crag. When topping-out please remember to keep your voices down.
The BMC are always keen to help out where we can, so if you know of other crags which might benefit from this type of work, please get in touch.
