Craig y Longridge - 'Fenced Off'

Posted by Guy Keating on 26/08/2008
Mmmm...nice fence, steep crag.

...thought that might get your attention! Of course the crag is still accessible, but with the new fencing we have now completed the planned site work and the crag is looking pretty fine.

The BMC also knocked down the dodgy old walls which hung over the crag like a Sword of Damocleasian nightmare and reseeded the site with a hardy grass.

It seems the crag is very popular with several strong operators now capable of the 'full burn' - the desperate full crag traverse, and the addition of a few new testpiece problems.

Why not check it out?
