MCofI have been asked to remind climbers going to the Burren that they should not camp above the climbs at Ailladie.

Doing so carries the very real risk of confrontation with the landowner and also damages the delicate Burren environment. There are good campsites at Fanore and Doolin that should be used instead. The MCI has negotiated a discount with the owners of these sites for its members.
