Last week the BMC International Sea Cliff Climbing Meet took place in Cornwall at the Count House Climbers’ Club Hut. 65 climbers rocked up - from 21 different countries - and hit the cornish granite.
The week flew by in a haze of routes with many smiling faces at the end of each day. As one of the UK hosts commented “this event has shook up the Cornish climbing scene in a great way, it's been truly inspirational.”
The 28 strong team of international guests had an almost insatiable appetite for routes. Pretty much every route they were pointed at was dispatched with style and skill. Many classics were ticked, new lines were sent and all grades were climbed from Diff to E8.
