It’s time to show our love for the outdoor community and help all those that have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic. Here’s how to show your support:
Welsh mountains, waterfalls and coasts close
Due to Wales' devolved power to manage its own countryside access, the coronavirus lockdown has unfolded a little differently there than in England and Scotland. Following 'The Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (Wales) Regulations 2020', which came into force on 26 March, many of Snowdonia's mountains are now closed, even to locals, as is much of Pembrokeshire's coastal path; likewise for many peaks and the whole of Waterfall Country in the Brecon Beacons.

Climbing’s time at the ‘greatest show on earth’ will, sadly, have to wait after the British Olympic Association (BOA), British Paralympic Association (BPA) and UK Sport released a statement today that welcomed the news of the postponement of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
