If you have ever visited Tuolumne Meadows in California’s magnificent Sierra Nevada, the National Park Service would like your input on future plans for the area.

How do you envision Tuolumne in the future?
Do you want more or less camping?
A larger store or no store?
Cars, shuttles or neither?
What about climbing opportunities and access?

Yosemite National Park will answer these questions - with your assistance - through the Tuolumne Wild and Scenic River Plan and Tuolumne Meadows Plan.

To view the plans and comments on them by the Access Fund, visit the Access Fund website.

The deadline for commenting is 15 September.

If you haven’t visited Tuolumne, have a look at these sites -

Connor Herson has, at 15, become the youngest person to free-climb the route. According to his Dad, “Most importantly, no days of school were missed in the sending of this route!” Connor climbed it over three days starting on November 17.
