Parking and Approach

Park in the open area on the north side of Rhyd-y-Foel village (see North Wales limestone guidebook page 322). From the parking, head east up the steep, narrow lane. At the top of the hill a driveway/footpath leading to Garth Gogof can be seen on the right; follow this and fork right just before a private driveway and group of buildings. Cross the stile by the metal gate and follow the footpath for around 180 metres. Leave the path at a small cairn and head up faint paths on the wooded slope on the right to reach the crag.
