The MoD have changed their rules of access to exclude all crags in the Otterburn ranges except for South Yardhope. As of now, access to Linshiels is revoked.

Parking and Approach

Along the road, 3km west of Alwinton. Park near Linshiels farm and follow the track S to the farm. Contact the army on 0191 2611046 to check on access, even if the red flags are flying.
