A minor outcrop (9m high) sporting a couple of esoteric desperates, Heaven Can Wait (E5 6b) and Chocolate Swastika (E5 6c). Unfortunately, due to the tree cover and a lack of traffic because of the access situation, the routes are lichenous and green. A shame really.

THE OWNER HAS MADE IT QUITE CLEAR THAT HE DOES NOT WISH PEOPLE TO CLIMB HERE. However if you must visit keep a very low profile.
Parking and Approach
From Rivelin Edge, head west along the A57 until a cafe is passed on the right (The Cabin). Park near here, then walk back down the road for about 100m. The buttress is in the trees on the left.
