Via Gellia Buttress

Peak Limestone

The main buttress has some loose rock and vegetation on the fringes. The fixed gear is in poor condition and the whole crag is in need of some TLC. The harder routes climb a lovely shield of rock. Slinter Wall is a shorter wall across the gully to the right of the main crag. The bouldering here is steep, on good rock and has flat landings. All the problems are of a similar standard and end standing on the 'ledge' from where a parachute descent can be made. A useful local venue offering steep limestone bouldering at reasonable grades.
