Tosson Hill

Northumberland

A crag for explorers. The rock is of the same good quality as its neighbours and the routes are good, often with the crux right at the top.ApproachPark in the forestry commission car park between Lordenshaw and Great Tosson, just south of Rothbury. Walk past Simonside and Ravensheugh before heading directly for the small cairn seen on the horizon. The crag is below the trig point on the top of Tosson Hill.
