Split up into eight climbing areas, some tidal, listed below West to East.Bar Castle Cove Turn right just before the ramparts, lots of short walls, chimneys, cracks and arets. The West FaceApproach from the col between the two main towers and descend to a platform just above the sea. Parking and Approach

Park at Treen car park (Pay and display) and follow the path through the fields to the cost path, look for a gap between two earth ramparts and follow the path onto the headland.
