Parking and Approach

Once beyond the caves, walk beyond the path that follows the fence on the right, as for Dennis Grove. Start to climb up the path into the woods. Go past the 'Little Doward' sign and look for a left turn down a path less travelled. Go straight on, over a gate that doesn't open, and you're pretty much there :) We didn't find the map in the guide much help and had to bushwack back up some overgrown slopes.
